Machining mechanic (m/f/d) – focus on turning technology
CNC lathe operator / machining mechanic (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
- Independent setup, configuration, and operation of CNC lathes
- Manufacture of precision components according to drawings and specifications
- Performing quality controls and dimensional inspections using appropriate measuring equipment and documentation in accordance with the QM system
- Monitoring of the manufacturing process and optimization of procedures
- Maintenance and care of the machines in the area of responsibility
- Creation and testing of manufacturing programs (CNC turning)
- Maintenance, cleaning, and regular servicing of the lathes
- Collaboration with the necessary departments
Your profile
- Completed training as a machining mechanic (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience in CNC milling and turning technology are essential.
- Experience in working with control systems (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain) desirable
- Strong technical understanding and high quality awareness
- Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
- Ability to work in a team, dedication, and commitment
